By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information: Email address and full name when you create an account.
Profile Information: Age and gender, which you optionally provide to receive personalised fitness benchmarks.
Training Data: Your selected training program, schedule, completed sessions, and session history.
Fitness Test Results: Results from fitness tests you complete within the App, including measurements and scores.
Tournament Data: Tournament details and match results you log in the App.
Notification Preferences: Your preferred reminder time if you enable training notifications.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account
Provide personalised training programs and schedules
Calculate fitness benchmarks based on your age and gender
Track your training progress and session history
Send training reminder notifications (only if you enable them)
Improve the App and develop new features

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database service. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. Supabase complies with applicable data protection laws. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. Your personal information is only shared in the following limited circumstances:

With service providers necessary to operate the App (such as Supabase for data storage)
When required by law or to protect our legal rights
With your explicit consent

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for junior athletes aged 7–18 and is intended to be used under parental supervision for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at secondmallowstudios@gmail.com and we will promptly delete that information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent for optional data collection (such as age and gender)

If you enable training reminders, the App will schedule local notifications on your device. These notifications are processed entirely on your device and do not involve sending your data to our servers. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
